Delhi is a shopper's joy with its pulsating and colorful markets offering a range of products. From traditional to modern, designer to street wear, spices to gizmos, Delhi shops have it all. If you are accompanied with kids and young’uns then for them there is Sarojini Nagar market. This market is the best place to buy trendy jewellery, shoes and clothes. But if you are slave of label and designers then for you there are markets are at Greater Kailash, South Extension and Green Park. All of these markets carry a wide range of international as well as Indian designer brands and labels. If you want to shop in a mall then Ansal plaza is the chosen choice. As this air-conditioned environment mall has an exquisite line-up of branded stores like Nike, Reebok and many more. Also you can shop for trendy jewellery, clothes, trinkets etc. Some of other markets are Lajpat Nagar, Karol Bagh and Rajouri Garden. And if you are still not tired of shopping and exploring these places then you for having a very unique shopping experience you can go to Dilli Haat and Hauz Khas Village.
Dilli Haat is the shopper’s paradise as it is designed in the form of a traditional village market with open-air market. Also there are various stalls and avenues of artisans and craftsmen came from throughout the country. Apart from that you also get the chance of tasting cuisines of various states and cities. And the Hauz Khas Village is even a step further with its perfect rural ambience. Herein you actually get to see charpoys or cots in place where men can smoke hookah the way village men used to.
